The lots are sold as is, on site, and dismantling, handling, packaging, and removal are the responsibility of the buyer. As the site is secured, any access must be pre-approved by the seller and the site operator, with submission of identification documents, details of all personnel involved, the dismantling schedule, collection dates, and a health and safety / prevention plan. Buyers must also specify the access and intervention methods planned for the site. To facilitate the process, buyers may contact the on-site dismantling company, TMT Industry, which is already present and can provide custom, lot-by-lot dismantling quotations. Mandatory removal period: 5 October–23 November 2026. No removals will be possible after this deadline.
