Complete machining line for large-scale production of metal workpieces

The system is designed for workpiece dimensions of Ø 66 x 54 mm (L x W).
Modifications/adaptations also make it possible to process larger workpieces.

- KUKA robot loading station KR150 with KRC2 controller
- KUKA rotary system
- KUKA robot unloading line KR5 with KRC2 controller
- 2 pieces TAKISAWA turning / milling center TCY-200YG L5 with FANUC OI-TD

- TAKISAWA CNC lathe with portal loader and FANUC Oi-TD CNC control
- 3 MYFRAN chip conveyors
