SMC ORION L Packaging machine for food liquids

A very versatile vertical packaging machine capable of packaging liquid products, such as milk, water, olive oil, vinegar, honey, ketchup, mayonnaise, shampoo and fluid cosmetic creams, in 4-sided sealed sachets.

A special feature of the new ORION L is that it has a fixed format of moulded jaws that will close at every stroke, heating and thus sealing the film precisely and aesthetically superior to the old wheeled models. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 304.

The packaging machine is supplied with a set of keys and spare parts for emergency intervention, user and maintenance manual complete with circuit diagram.

The machine has only one main motor that moves a shaft that will move all the various moving parts of the machine.

Complete with automatic piece counter you can decide how many sachets to produce before the machine stops automatically.

The heating elements can be activated manually so that if the operator wants to make tests with the heating elements switched off this option makes the operation possible.
